Repeat Medication Refill Service (Delivery or Self-Collection) 

We offer a convenient repeat medication refill service, allowing patients to either collect their medications from our pharmacy or have them delivered to their preferred address within Malaysia.

Terms and Conditions

Registration
  1. This service is available to existing PMC patients with a valid prescription issued by PMC.
  2. All medication refill requests require 1–2 working days for processing. Requests submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  3. Medication Pickup Service is available daily. Delivery Service is available from Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am – 12:00 pm), excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
  4. Delivery charges are waived for locations within a 15 km radius of PMC with a minimum medication purchase of RM150. Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside the eligible delivery area.
  5. Only medications deemed suitable for delivery are eligible for this service. Certain medications, including those regulated under the Dangerous Drugs Act and medications requiring refrigeration or special storage conditions, are not eligible for courier delivery.
  6. Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. PMC Pharmacy will not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
  7. PMC Pharmacy shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or other issues arising from the services provided by third-party courier providers.
  8. By using this service, patients consent to PMC Pharmacy collecting, using, and disclosing the personal information necessary to process medication refill and delivery requests.
  9. PMC Pharmacy reserves the right to reject any medication refill request that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or where the request is deemed unsuitable for this service.
  10. PMC Pharmacy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance
  1. PMC Pharmacy reserves the right to reject requests for medication refill if they do not satisfy the terms and conditions stipulated under this agreement.
  2. Acceptance of the request is subject to users satisfying the following criteria:
  3. A valid and complete prescription issued from PMC.
  4. Delivery addresses must be valid and located within Malaysia. Kindly ensure your address includes a correct postal code, city, state, and follows the standard Malaysian address format to avoid delays or cancellations.
  5. Only medications deemed suitable for delivery are accepted (e.g., certain controlled medications under the Dangerous Drug Act and medications requiring refrigeration will not be delivered via courier service).
  6. Decisions made for rejections are final, and no further appeals will be entertained.
Processing delivery request
  1. There are two delivery options available:
    • Self-pickup from PMC.
    • Delivery by a third-party delivery service provider.
  2. Delivery shall be arranged once payment is made or a Guarantee Letter is approved and issued.
  3. A delivery fee is charged for third-party delivery services. The fee is waived for:
    • Locations within 10 km from PMC, or
    • Medication costs exceeding RM100.
  4. Once payment details (medications and delivery fees) are provided, settlement must be completed via electronic methods only.
  5. Delivery timelines:
    • 3–5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia.
    • At least 7 working days for East Malaysia.
  6. Deliveries are not available:
    • After 1 PM on Saturdays,
    • Sundays, and
    • Public Holidays.
  7. Any changes to delivery details must be communicated before the delivery is processed.
  8. PMC Pharmacy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays once items are handed over for dispatch.
  9. Any issues with received medications must be reported to PMC Pharmacy within the next working day after receipt.
  10. PMC Pharmacy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
