Health Screening Packages – T&C

1. Package(s) purchased is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. Only selected credit card holders are eligible for discounts or promotions.
2. Package(s) is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash nor any other items and services.
3. Any follow-up investigation or treatment or medication as a result of the package(s) screening or any other tests or procedures not listed will be charged by cash, debit or credit cards.
4. All package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Prices are based on per person basis, in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
6. ParkCity Centre is entitled to refuse any request without giving reasons.
7. ParkCity Medical Centre reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without notice.
8. Appointments must be made at least 3 working days in advance and is subject to availability.
9. Please show/provide the email confirmation of your purchase or booking when making an appointment.
