- Prior to enrollment of programme, participants need to undergo a pre-assessment which is conducted by the dietitian in consultation with medical doctor & healthcare professional. The pre-assessment is inclusive of package introduction, enrollment assessment and consent.
- The package(s) are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
- The package(s) purchased are not valid in conjunction with any other current or future promotions or discounts.
- The package(s) are only valid for a period of 3 months upon full payment made by cash, credit, or debit cards. Only Maybank and CIMB bank will provide 6 month-easy payment schemes at 0% interest.
- All appointments and/or visits must be made and redeemed within the validity period.
- All rates are based on per person basis and in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- Any additional investigations, test, medication, procedures, treatments, meal replacement nutritional/products, consultation, or exercise sessions not listed in the package shall be invoiced separately and payable on the same day by cash, credit, and debit cards.
